Woeful customer service. Lazy, unprofessional, useless. Avoid and go elsewhere. No wonder people buy online rather than waste their time paying higher prices to get zero service from stores like this. Apathetic management who couldn't care less doesn't help the cause.

The shop is laid out thoughtfully with large signs, lots of room for several people to look over items, and quite a bit of info next to each item. There's lots of helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff on hand.

I bought a TV here, the staff are helpful and ready to assist whenever. The selection of electrical equipment here is great, there are many choices and if they do not have anything in stock they can order it.

Went to Currys to buy washing machine. Samantha (assistant 3) was very helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. My wife got just the washing machine she wanted to be delivered in 2 days time. Super service.
