My very first visit today……..what a dirty and filthy place. Grubby tables, dirty floors and window sills. Not seen a mop in ages.Saw one of the staff members unpacking cakes with his bare hands, not using gloves or tongs.Hygiene Rating 5 on the door…… what a joke

It wasn't busy but the tables were very dirty, chairs and seats stained, floor grubby. It is a shame. It was a very disappointing experience. The location is great.
