Great guy serving me. He had a technical issue with the till ut managed to deliver solution to my satisfaction evrn though store busy. I also saw him filtering the bin for costa cups to recycle. Definitely a cool guy and unfortunately didn't take his name. Thank you whoever you are. You are doing a great job. Keep getting loud siren noise from the speaker which maybe something to do with Tesco. Very loud and ruined the atmosphere. Please ensure it stops

I?ve been visiting the coffee shop since 2014.Great coffee, great atmosphere - although always short staffed. Today, after being here for nearly three hours, there were only two team members I?ve have seen. Roger and Rees for an example - they?ve been at your service as your cashiers, food and coffee makers, dishwashers, waiters, bass boys / bass girls , cleaners , shelf stuffers and you name it . Will visit this shop again in the near future ? Highly recommended !Kid-friendliness: The interaction with customers and their kids was awesome.
