Extremely rude staff, very unprofessional, have always got coffee from Costa but this bad experience will have me avoiding using any Costa in the future, avoid!

My elderly mom and disabled brother went into costa this afternoon for the Lunch special , my mother put my brother at a table went and stood in the queue, my brother started making noises so my mom went to talk to one of the servers to ask if she could leave the sandwich in front to attend to my mentally disabled brother... read full comment
