Staff are actually really friendly however the stock levels in this shop are uterrly shocking. Deliveries come in towards the end of day meaning everything you get for lunch is actually a day old by the time you get it, stock and availability need sorting in this store massively. Stopped using shop now

Pay for good to be given £7.50 in 50p coins!Spoke to staff was told 'sorry we were busy earlier'!?Simple till management it's not difficult (talking from experience) wish I had the recept as would take good back, but bet all my money they would of give back the notes.

Always a queue. Staff incredibly loud when opening up or closing dragging bill boards across pavements causing the most horrendous noise. Often closed earlier than advertised. Glen hasnt got a clue how to run the ship, at least Gavin had conversation with his staff about noise levels.
