Friendly, happy & helpful staff. Variety of different products however is quite a small shop therefore doesn?t have the widest range. Regular reductions and deals as well as mostly good quality for the money.

As many noted in the review section, my experience today at the store was awful due to extremely rude female manager at the store, she doesn't know what the customer service really means, treating me very badly, I wouldn't come back to this store again!

Ordered through uber eats. The store completed the checklist but did not pack all the items. Wasted a lot of money and they told me to tell uber that the items got lost in transit when they did not pack it. They said the items are at the store but refused to let me pick up my items that I paid for. Uber wont refund as co-op completed the checklist. Spoke to the female manager who spoke rudely shouted and cut the call. Have reported this.Have a recording of this conversation. The female manager said the driver didn't pick up the full order so I have to just deal with it, even though they didn?t pack my remaining items. Also she refused to give her name and said asking her name is rude & cut the call. This woman needs to be reported.

I couldn't even get milk from there today and it's not the first time I've had this problem as there always running short of bare essential's in there ever since there manager changed.

It's on the more expensive side but it is a convenient store not a supermarket.Staff seem friendly and helpful. It has a post office and is easier than going to the towns PO. They do run out of certain ranges often but they do get regular supplies in. They are also open 7 days a week and is usually mostly busy after morning and afternoon school runs

Good supermarket,
Wide range of fresh produce and tinned products. Excellent for a small shop.parking available outside the mini shopping precinct, with extra parking in the larger car park adjacent to the shop.
You also have the advantage of the CO OP loyalty card,which you have the chance to choose who you donate to. ?.shop assistant friendly and efficient. A*
