I have to say what a fantastic team! My daughter had her ears pierced today by Shree and another lady. My daughter was so nervous and it took her a while before she was ready to get them done but both ladies were so kind, professional and patient with her and I really felt at ease! Thank you so much ladies I will definitely be recommending you I?m so grateful ?

The store is not open at 12.46pm. Another store nearby informed me they are short staffed so always open late! How is this an acceptable way to run a business . Everything online indicates it was open and myself and another customer were extremely disappointed just standing outside

Came to this store to exchange a Christmas present on the 23rd Dec 22 that I noticed was broken when I was wrapping up presents. I'm quite local to the area but having just recently moved to the neighbouring area I haven't been to this shopping centre before.Got to the centre for the advertised Claires opening time of 9am....9:15am not open, asked in the neighbouring shop if Claires had been open this week....they said yup.....9:30am asked the walking around centre security what time the shop opened....their response was pretty much 'when they like they have problems with staff levels'. When the employee opening eventually did show up at 9:45am the store eventually opened at 10am. To be honest I felt a bit sorry for her, she was clearly flustered with lots of people waiting to go in by this time.I'd recommend if you are planning a visit to this store, don't show up for their advertised opening time, leave it at least an hour! As for Claires, sort out your staffing to support your current employees and no doubt a terrible morale and work culture and change your advertised opening hours to ones that are actually accurate!!
