The floor fitters cancelled around midday when they were supposed to be arriving at 8 am. They came back the next day (I lost money and had to take the day off) arrived pm and left in the dark. Didnt clear up the dust that covered the floor. They had zero people skills, could barely speak English and expected me to provide food but wouldn't eat most of the stuff I had for religious reasons. They fitted the floor well but being laminate the patterns were supposed to be mixed up, they aligned the same planks next to each other. The manager promised to get replacements where needed. Despite reminders I've been waiting 8 months and nothing done. Avoid

Great selection in store from carpets, laminates, real wood, vinyl and fake grass. Davina was an excellent sales person and provided the help when needed and threw in a great deal for us on our purchase. Would highly recommend

I found Davina King to be extremely helpful, courteous and professional. She had the perfect blend of not being too pushy while selling me carpets for 5 bedrooms and the rest of the house still outstanding.
It felt so refreshing to come across a saleperson who knew the product so well and was genuinely interested in ensuring customer satisfaction.

The salesman was knowledgeable and product is nice. However, the fitting is done by third party and is rubbish. I've had to replace all the sealings in the bathroom as it comes off. They've obviously rushed the job. The fitters were late too. Would not recommend.

Today I had three bedroom carpets fitted by Muhammad and his team.Lovely fitters, very tidy and cleaned up very well. Carpets look great and they made the whole experience stress free. They let me know they were coming and arrived on time. Can't fault them.Thankyou Muhammad.

We had Muhammad Arshad and his team fitting our carpets yesterday on stairs, landing and 3 bedrooms. They were kind and friendly and went above and beyond to help me move all furniture in order to lay the carpet.
