No matter how busy they are the staff are always friendly & helpful. When I'm paying cash I like to give them a lot of "shrapnel" (small change) because I can appreciate how quickly their small change gets used up. Having worked in retail I know what a nightmare this can be. Great store, great people.

Earlier today I was in Card Factory, Hale Leys and was feeling unwell. The lovely young lady at the till could see I was struggling and got a chair for me to rest until I was feeling better.

Great selection of cards! Very cheap as well. Clintons would of cost me £30+ for 20 cards whereas here it was only around £15!
