The shop layout has not changed for years, which is fine, has the typical brands you'd see.\\nPharmacy had to wait, initially told 20 minutes, went off and went back and then they couldn't find my prescription for a while, then had to wait a further 10 minutes. Not a great pharmacy experience on this occasion.

Made a 40 mile journey just to go to this store which had stock.\\n\\nBought candles instore. Price not as advertised online. When I enquired and asked them to honour the price advertised the Supervisor did not even bother to come and speak with me, and was told unable to assist.\\n\\nWhen I got home and emailed Boots Customer Care team they didn't want to know... it was a shop problem not an online problem.\\n\\nCustomer care that does not care.

Well organised store and pharmacy that's never too crowded. Conveniently located in the town centre (with a short walk within Hale Leys shopping centre). The staff are always ready to help and courteous.

Pharmacy: Are you having a good day? Is the weather good? Is there any happiness in your life?\\nFear nothing, visit this store and head straight to the pharmacy. They will immediately drain your energy, ruin your day and, possibly, destroy your life. These people are evil and they provide they worst service I have ever seen. They get angry with customers, make sarcastic comments and are extremely rude to vulnerable people. Maybe the store doesn't make much money from pharmacy and don't invest on it, but it's no excuse. TERRIBLE!

Do NOT use the pharmacy here. The staff are the most horrible people in town. Avoid like the plague. They are so arrogant and disrespectful. I was appalled by what I saw there, they simply hate their jobs and possibly can't find any other job given the lack of any sort of skills. I will never go back! Avoid!

My 5 star rating is based upon the service I received from a lady called Sarah on the checkout. She went out of her way to find a product for me when it was a big problem for other members of staff. Well done Sarah Boots seriously need more like you ?

Absolutely brilliant staff.My bad, I broke my glasses, I had a spare frame, brought both into Boots Aylesbury.They were able to take my lenses and put them into my spare frame.Free of charge.Absolutely fantastic customer service!Helped me out hugely.

Hello again. I had an optical appt. It was a good experience throughout from the initial booking through to the end. Very very good Optician. Thorough test explainations throughout. Had a 3D test that checks the back of the eyes as well as front. Something relatively new the do. You have to pay though. 25.00 pounds. I didn't need new specs fortunately. However I did end up treating myself. Very friendly staff. Good customer service.

Always a pleasure to get the things I need for my kids or me. Baby girl in constant need of her milk and always in stock. Never ceases to amaze me after all these years and still your the no1 boots in my book forever
