We explained we were moving house and we were going to a cottage, we were not told or shown the size of the headboard. It wasn't explained that there would be a 'fine' of 10% of the ENTIRE purchase price of the order if there was anything wrong. Customer services gave different information on two separate phone calls, staff member at the shop was not forthcoming or honest on the phone. Prices changed overnight but no information or warning was given either in store or over the phone. One of the delivery men was so awful I ended up having to help the one really good delivery man myself. Deeply unhappy and won't be using Benson's for any further purchases.

From the moment of purchasing our new bed, Benson for Beds were fantastic, we had regular updates of the progress of our new bed, on the delivery day we were phoned 1 hour before to delivery explaining what time they would deliver.The delivery staff were exceptional very polite and very nice to talk to.Only 1 place for a new bes and that is Benson for Beds.

Think twice before ordering your bed is unlikely to arrive on the quoted day. Mine was heading for 2 months gave up and got a refund. Waste of time.

Bensons was a very easy straightforward experience. All went smoothly and on time . Mattress was taken away and new one installed in the room it was going to be used in.Good experience.

No assembly of bed on delivery even though it would have been extremely quick and easy for two strong men! Somewhat ?Jobsworth? but apparently company policy! ????

I ordered my child's matters in November 22 and it has just arrived in March 23!!!They keep saying it will be delivered on said date but they don't show up and don't tell you they wont be delivering your product. When you call customer services you just get we can only deliver it on another day normally a month later.I would never use them again no care to the customer and once you have paid for the item they don't want to know you again after.Avoid at all cost unless you can walk out the shop with the product otherwise you could be waiting months till you get it.

Ordered a bed and wardrobe 20th August 2022 with a delivery date set for October. Bensons called me in October to tell me delivery had been pushed back to 15th December... delivery arrives, but the drivers think there is a box missing. Before they leave they tell me they've found it. Alas when I come to put everything together this sides of the bed are missing. Still haven't got the sides of the bed as of 20th January. They were supposed to be delivered today between 12-6 had the text message and tracking information confirmed. A bensons representative calls at 12 to say the base is not in stock. We're not waiting for a base! Now rearranged for 26th January. We shall see. At this point I think I'll try for a refund through my credit card.

Our first delivery was cancelled on the way to our home as they forgot some parts of our bed. We had to then wait 3 weeks for another delivery and in between this time the customer service team were incredibly unhelpful and even suggested that our bed wasn?t even at the distribution centre and no one would confirm that it was, even the day before the delivery.We also weren?t told we would have to put our bed together ourselves and were given the wrong instruction manual to do this.

Our experience of the store in Aylesbury was fantastic. Luke, the manager and his team were so knowledgeable and helpful. Sadly we have had numerous issues with the delivery and customer service side of things. (Nothing to do with the store) in fact, things got so bad that I reached out to Luke who went over and above to help get our issues resolved. We are yet to receive our products however I will remain optimistic.

Now awaiting my third bed as all have been damaged. Communication has being non existent. Customer service is impossible to get through to. Worst company I have ever used.
