From start to finish the experience has been a refreshingly stress free, uncomplicated and pleasant experience. Customer Service has been excellent, the choices available sufficient to determine what we needed and mirrored my parents excellent experience (whose recommendation led us to Bensons as well). In our experience the slight extra cost compared to other premium bed companies was very much worth it for the smooth process and the construction installation in a tight confined space that I would not have been able to manage due to previous injuries! Would highly recommend!

Excellent customer service from store staff and the delivery team. Regular updates and confirmation emails relating to the purchase and delivery options. I received a 2hr time slot for delivery, the team called to let me know they would be there in 30mins, arrived on time and were fantastic setting up my new bed where I wanted it. All the staff involved have been extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process.

Excellent service in the Aylesbury store from Bryan, received within the timeframe agreed and time slot given. Friendly and helpful delivery drivers. Oh and the mattress is great too!!
