Given a £60 parking invoice with a cretinous lack of any evidence that I had ever breached their parking terms.
Speaking with B&Q, they supported the charge. I took it to parking authorities and after 6 months of slog, got it overturned - why I should use up my time to fight overzealous parking wardens is B&Qs loss - and I?ll avoid shopping with them for the rest of my days.
Plus they are usually an expensive option compared with the competitors, save your money and shop elsewhere.

I bought some wood and had it cut for shelves. Jarrod and AJ were absolutely excellent. The were knowledgeable about wood types and helped with my shelving plan. I couldn?t praise the two delightful chaps enough. Great employees B&Q?you are lucky to have them.

I would like to thank the young lady in the paint mixing area. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding the Ronseal Xactly paint and stain which she mixed for me while I waited.

Be warned when using this car park they are employing people from Total Parking who sit in their private cars watching customers leave the premises. They wait ten minutes then give you a ticket, they have put signs up and will fine you £60 for doing so even if you use their store you are not allowed to leave the premises at any point. Don?t park here and leave B&Q site as you will be paying their wages. Just another money making system so I won?t be using B&Q anymore out of principle..

I asked two lads in the outside garden part about where I could buy lavender. The lads were doing nothing but chatting about the Saturday shifts. Not in a good way, and in earshot of customers.
This was in March. They both gleefully responded that lavender was not available until early Spring and that I should come back then.
Yet, it is sold by B&Q online and sold by every garden centre. I really dislike being fobbed off and especially with poor information.
