“The Staff are always superb even though there are few of them. They often have to manage tills, kiosks and self service between two!
Today was a revelation and how different it can be with a well staffed store.
The staff looked more relaxed and were lovely and chatty as always but seemed less stressed. I wanted to find an item and they went above and beyond trying to find the location and availability of the item. We had time to have a tease that it was only because it was liqueurs!
It was actually a pleasure to have the ‘great liqueur hunt’
Please look after them because you have a great team and today they all looked happy and more relaxed !
We never did find the liqueurs ! ?”

“I don't often write public reviews, if ever at all but the very positive experience prompted me to make an effort. I visited the branch with my child looking to open a child's account. All the staff we came across were attentive and friendly and the lady who helped us (wish I had made a note of her name) was professional, efficient and very friendly. The application was done within ~10 minutes and we hardly got home before the email came through confirming the opening of the account. Impressive and thank you.”

“An easy to access large highstreet bank branch. Virtually empty because nobody needs to go into a branch except for unusual cases such as changng withdrawn bank notes. The teller was very helpful. Otherwise the branch was entirely empty, though i suspect there was other staff elsewhere.I think the banks should get together and have a single bank interface. Indeed, they are all so similar why not unify all their services and make them common. I wish.”

“Went to budgens this afternoon with my autistic son to by his weekly sweet treat he was wearing a red coat! There was a young man very smartly dressed all in black that was learning I think as he was being over shadowed by a lady! What an amazing smart man he is I mentioned to him not to mention a carrier bag as my son doesn’t like them my son took sweets off him and said thank you! We waited for the change and he even said do u need the change to be specific so he’s happy? Now how much better customer service can you get than that wow thank you who ever u was we felt very welcomed thank you x”
