Rudest staff. The men here make YOU move out of the way so they can stack the shelves. They barge into you without a sorry. This is in the middle of the day. It's happened a couple of times now I need to stop coming here.

? I had a terrible experience with Asda?s delivery service. I ordered through Deliveroo and waited for **two and a half hours** to receive my order! It?s unacceptable that the staff took over **two hours** just to process it. This kind of delay is extremely frustrating, and it really shows a lack of efficiency. I expected much better service! ?

The worst experience we had with Asda Aylesbury, I don't know why they're accepting orders if they can't prepare it . In Asda Aylesbury they had laziest staff who prepare the order getting through courier applications. Drivers wait outside they don't care about the time . They don't have value of time for others. They displayed the number to contact with them but they're not picking up the call and not updating the order status. I don't the role of Store manager here if he/she can't manage these things

Just visited this morning, some staff had no social skills to say morning or hi back. The young blond girl with glasses at the self checkout had a snobbish look on her face and was quite rude and unprofessional with the way she dealt with my question. I heard a few comments about this member of staff from a couple of customers leaving.

The Staff are always superb even though there are few of them. They often have to manage tills, kiosks and self service between two!
Today was a revelation and how different it can be with a well staffed store.
The staff looked more relaxed and were lovely and chatty as always but seemed less stressed. I wanted to find an item and they went above and beyond trying to find the location and availability of the item. We had time to have a tease that it was only because it was liqueurs!
It was actually a pleasure to have the ?great liqueur hunt?
Please look after them because you have a great team and today they all looked happy and more relaxed !

Considering the size of the store the range of stock is really good. Especially their own brand cola which we like better than expensive well known brands. But best of all are the staff who are friendly, helpful & hardworking.

I came for a few bits. Went for a basket and a very kind gentleman picked one up and gave it to me. Completely unnecessary but lovely.
Lots of food for folks who need halal meat or other specific items.
