We were advised that the reason behind their supplier options was quality. The trims for the Simpsons shower are a cheap chrome that has badly corroded. The reason behind the leak is a gap of 5mm filled with sealant that should be flush. Also had numerous issues with a Megaflow including illegal wiring.
