The customer service is ok. Not great. Functional. The change in name is odd. TGJones on the outside and selling WHSmith products inside.

Bought an invalid gift card thanks to poor customer service. Told I couldn’t use £50 note and told to use self service, customer assistant walks off and I spend £75 on an invalid card. Cheers!

regular WHSmiths with high focus on stationary - pens had a testing pad but be wary as it had swear words and slurs in itotherwise it had a good collection of stuff (except books)
