£18.95 for a key battery replacement in car key fob which I had already taken apart? Bit of a rip off, should have avoided and just gone into Tesco and got it for £5. Won?t be bothering again. My fault for not checking price first.

Third attempt to get heals done and was told over a week, there were 1/2 dozen pairs ahead of me. What does the chap do, 1 pair a day?!!!

2 keys were ok , one a bit sticky and one not working at all£33 I think is expensive for 4 keysTaking the one back for them to sort so hoping ok after that

Sam was brilliant this afternoon.He sorted out a complete mess of new heels on my daughter?s high heeled shoes she wanted to wear at Henley Regatta tomorrow.Timpsons in Beaconsfield had done a really unsatisfactory job - Sam revived and adjusted the height of the heel and then matched the blacking.Sorted!! A very happy customer! Thank you Sam!!

The manager named Dean was extremely rude after I needed to return to shop with keys cut earlier that would not fit. He said oh its not my problem and would not even apologise or be civil, I then asked for a refund of £12 for the 2 keys. This will be my last visit to Timpsons if this is the level of service and staff employed by your company

Despite the opening hours (according to the official website and Google) of 0900-1800. Shop was closed at 0915 and 1640 on two separate days (15th Jan & 16th Jan) - I even waited for 20 minutes in case they had popped out.Phone line either goes to voicemail or is not answered.Incredibly frustrating.

Web site confirmed shop was open, when I got there (12.30pm) sign on door said 'have to go out for a short time, be back at 1.00pm'. Shop closed! Waited in my car then went back at 1.00pm and had 2 keys cut. After trying both keys, neither worked! I now have to go back again tomorrow i.e. 27th Dec. to get the keys cut again, not a favourable experience.

Failed in essential delivery i.e. I sent something to be cleaned and it came back dirty). To be fair the wrapper was clean! Service was indifferent and priced extravagantly.

I went to have four sets of small keys cut. Whilst the keys fit, they did not unlock the lock itself. I returned later in the week and explained my situation to another employee working that day. He cut tge existing keys further, and the now work fine. Good service. Been many times.
