Always thereon and off just by being there I have spoken to these angels for years and years especially when in suffering struggle Ptsd memories hot no counselling from the govt but these guys are a life saverThey do their best to answer abd if you are let go of you can call back eventually someone answers usually within minutesThank you so much my gratitude is huge

I have been advised to call the Samaritans throughout my life 100 times if I'm not feeling well. However I've never done so *once* in decades as I've not wanted to burden the Samaritans.Feeling rock bottom six months ago, I tried to call them and despite hanging on half an hour three times they didn't pick up the call.I tried four times again throughout today and once again they didn't pick up any call no matter how long I hung on - twice I waited for an hour.These jerks have made me MORE distressed than I was.Complete and utter waste of time. This organisation is just a PR exercise to satisfy egos of smug, useless narcissists who think they are doing good but in reality making people feel MUCH WORSE.

Didn?t help at all. Couldn?t get the advice I needed. And near the end of the call, she said she needed to go. I know she has other people to talk to.
