What's with the grumpy young Asian kid behind the counter ? Teach that kid some manners. Just standing there with a frown and being downright rude to all customers. Service with a smile is what they should teach you

Visited 22/02/2025 at 6.55am and 17/03/2025 at 8.50pm. Both times the shop was closed inside of regular trading hours. First time because the tills were broken (2 days after reopening from a month long closure for refurb) and 2nd time for what looks like electrical work. After being closed for over 1 month, is this really what we get treated like with the shop constantly closing during regular trading hours and with items always out of stock? Really takes the mickey tbh.

Online it states this shop closes at 11pm however the new staff their seem to close this shop a good 10-15 minutes before 11.
As I'm running up to the shop doors at 10:47 I see them letting a man on his bike in the shop, however close the door on me, I then stand their for a good 5 minutes before a man opens the door again so I ask if he can let me in for a minute to grab 1 item but he shook his head and refused to let me in, I then say ?it?s not your closing time? and he shrugs and walks away?
If you have a new set closing time, make it clear! People work late hours and can only arrive at those times.
I knew a lot of the people working here a few years ago, it seems a lot of the newer employees are very ignorant and careless.

Nice visit especially the guy on till Muhammad chaudhry very great person even sometimes me and my wife tired while shopping but as soon as we reach to till his smile and kindness makes us fresh. Highly recommended this guy for this store last 6years very nice chap, good-looking smiley facial expressions. Goodluck tesco have this guy Muhammad in your store thanks. ?

Lovely aurora about the place. The store was so organised I feel like a packet of crisps would'nt have lasted more than a minute on the floor.

Terrible store. All staff need better training.
Very bad management expecially the manager sanjay Bhadri. Called me for interview when i reached here one of staff member told me he is gone. Never expected this behaviour from a tesco manager.
