there was a very rude and disrespectful employee who kept an eye on everywhere my daughters went as they are a group of 4 teenagers, who came in to the store hoping to buy some things. the children went up to the self tan, and there was an open bottle of self tanner, clearly being used several times as they could see the drips down the bottle. the lady saw the kids go for the fake tan. and she went over as she had already been watching them for the duration of their stay. she then proceeded to have a go at them and lecture them in a rude manner, when the children tried to subtly tell her it was a tester. she proceeded to scoff and give them a dirty look and give them signs to leave. she pushed past them as they took away the self tanner, and as they exited she instantly closed the door behind them.

The Indian lady the cashier was laughing behind our back at me and my wife trying to login into our Superdrug account , every time I ask a question she takes a while to respond , also on the shop floor a woman wearing a headset English lady working at the make up aisle was very unfriendly, indeed , not professional stuff at all , what kind of service do you provide? You are there to serve the public if you don?t like it then retire. this is really humiliating? What?s wrong with this stuff? They make you feel very very unwelcome. Maybe because they want to get rich by working in Superdrug , if they continue with this attitude, they lose their job altogether, like so many other retailers around , unfriendly people with negative energy is spread around is really really bad , it?s not just one stuff is all the stuff in there is not helpful , it makes you wonder what they are like when they are not at work .?.
They should be more friendly best regards from Dorian

i don?t know what the staff think they were doing. I entered the building and i was immediately harassed by a condescending woman in a headset. continuing my shop my neck was effectively breathed down by the rude manager, i didn?t feel at all welcome. I don?t believe this can stand and personally, i believe she should be fired at once.

As soon as I walk in I?m immediately hurrassed by a rude supervisor for apparent ?association?. She threatened me and this deeply upsetted me. She acted insanely unprofessional

If you want to immediately be eyed up by staff before you have even said hello this is the store for you I understand the suspicion of shop lifting but still this is rediculous

The employees that work there are always kind and smiley; i have no issue with them whatsoever except one who i assume is some kind of manager and made me feel completely uncomfortable and like a total burden when trying to collect a ?click + collect? order. Six days prior, I had received an email from Evri saying it had officially been delivered in-store with a photo of my parcel on the shop floor, but I was on holiday at the time so obviously I couldn?t collect it.
On my first day back home, I go in + ask an employee if I can collect my order and she showed me on her device that it said it was late and hadn?t yet arrived at the shop, and that?s when i was introduced to the supervisor who swiftly looked through the parcels at the front and told me there was nothing with my name on it, so i left feeling a bit confused.
I ended up going back in around twenty minutes later still uncertain because how could it not be there when I had a photo of it in the shop? I showed the same supervisor who was now at the checkout my email + the picture that Evri had sent me six days ago, to which she replied quite bluntly that it ?would?ve been sent back then? ? even though their policy on the website is that parcels remain in store for twenty-one days before being sent back and refunded whilst mine hadn?t even been there for a week?
I am really bad generally speaking at public social interaction because my confidence isn?t really all that great, so I felt too nervous to answer back that that couldn?t be the case, instead awkwardly just standing there at the counter while she checked all the parcels at the checkout again in quite a bothered manner as if i was wasting her time. When she confirmed that my parcel wasn?t there she essentially just tossed me aside saying nothing else, and beckoned over the next customers waiting in line when I was still stood there at the checkout.
Anyway, once these customers walk over I obviously walk out of the shop quite upset because i literally had PHOTO PROOF of my parcel there in the shop and yet I was still managed to feel like I was irritating and wasting her time. Not even two minutes after I walk back out, I magically get a notification come through on my phone from Superdrug that my parcel was ready to collect i.e. they had obviously found the parcel after a slightly more thorough look. The manager is nowhere to be seen when I walk back in and I don?t get an apology for having my own time wasted. Felt really bummed out about how I?d been treated and it made me not want to shop online at that specific branch again over the possibility that I?d be treated the same way again.
I am a sensitive person so I wasn?t sure if I had been treated badly or if I had just taken what had happened to heart since I get easily flustered, but I figured that regardless of my personality, I wasn?t treated very kindly and it?s like she went out of her way to make sure I knew she was tired of me bothering her. She came across as cold, blunt and condescending, and every time I go to that shop I hope I don?t come across her again.
Otherwise, the shop is well-organised and the rest of the staff are really friendly; it?s a shame that this incident will always be what I remember about this place above the nicer experiences.

If you like walking into a store and being judged suspiciously as soon as you enter by some unfriendly looking woman wearing a headset, this is your place. It's just unnecessary for - I like to think - the majority who don't shoplift and gives off totally the wrong attitude towards customers before you're barely over the threshold.I appreciate the appalling pressures being endured by shop personnel currently, but maybe just try and be a little friendly to those coming in and not give off the air that some sub-species has walked into the shop.
