The employees that work there are always kind and smiley; i have no issue with them whatsoever except one who i assume is some kind of manager and made me feel completely uncomfortable and like a total burden when trying to collect a ?click + collect? order. Six days prior, I had received an email from Evri saying it had officially been delivered in-store with a photo of my parcel on the shop floor, but I was on holiday at the time so obviously I couldn?t collect it.On my first day back home, I go in + ask an employee if I can collect my order and she showed me on her device that it said it was late and hadn?t yet arrived at the shop, and that?s when i was introduced to the supervisor who swiftly looked through the parcels at the front and told me there was nothing with my name on it, so i left feeling a bit confused.I ended up going back in around twenty minutes later still uncertain because how could it not be there when I had a photo of it in the shop? I showed the same supervisor who was now at the checkout my email + the picture that Evri had sent me six days ago, to which she replied quite bluntly that it ?would?ve been sent back then? ? even though their policy on the website is that parcels remain in store for twenty-one days before being sent back and refunded whilst mine hadn?t even been there for a week?I am really bad generally speaking at public social interaction because my confidence isn?t really all that great, so I felt too nervous to answer back that that couldn?t be the case, instead awkwardly just standing there at the counter while she checked all the parcels at the checkout again in quite a bothered manner as if i was wasting her time. When she confirmed that my parcel wasn?t there she essentially just tossed me aside saying nothing else, and beckoned over the next customers waiting in line when I was still stood there at the checkout.Anyway, once these customers walk over I obviously walk out of the shop quite upset because i literally had PHOTO PROOF of my parcel there in the shop and yet I was still managed to feel like I was irritating and wasting her time. Not even two minutes after I walk back out, I magically get a notification come through on my phone from Superdrug that my parcel was ready to collect i.e. they had obviously found the parcel after a slightly more thorough look. The manager is nowhere to be seen when I walk back in and I don?t get an apology for having my own time wasted. Felt really bummed out about how I?d been treated and it made me not want to shop online at that specific branch again over the possibility that I?d be treated the same way again.I am a sensitive person so I wasn?t sure if I had been treated badly or if I had just taken what had happened to heart since I get easily flustered, but I figured that regardless of my personality, I wasn?t treated very kindly and it?s like she went out of her way to make sure I knew she was tired of me bothering her. She came across as cold, blunt and condescending, and every time I go to that shop I hope I don?t come across her again.Otherwise, the shop is well-organised and the rest of the staff are really friendly; it?s a shame that this incident will always be what I remember about this place above the nicer experiences.

Well done Superdrug in loosing a hefty sale due to a rude unhelpful checkout girl ( the one dressed like a witch!)Who could not be bothered to assist me in a purchase.Left everything on the counter and walked outShe then had the cheek to say see you again.

Love this store, only down side they had run out of a body scrub I've run out off. Hopefully they have it next time.

Very good

The staff is not wearing face masks. If they dont mind to get sick it is their problem but when customers are in the shop they are walking without any mask and they are putting in risk customers health.
