I?m a regular and absolutely love the energy and staff here. Super friendly people, polite and always willing to help. I always see familiar faces and catch up here and there. The bakery has amazing fresh goodies. My colleagues and I love to pop in for a sweet treat or snack. Hope this store sticks around!!

Amazing Customer Service ? A Lifesaver for My Hen Party!
Even with the systems down, the incredible team at Marks & Spencer went above and beyond to help me. Hasinah, Jade, and Anna were absolute stars ? they managed to find my click and collect parcel, which was for my hen party, and saved the day! I can?t thank them enough for their outstanding service. M&S is lucky to have such dedicated staff!

Unkind staff who seem annoyed when a customer stops them for help. Surprised since M&S usually of good quality.

Rude customer service. Busy Christmas Eve night shopping, and you just get rude looks from staff merely by walking down the aisle. Saw an old lady trying to ask for help from one staff and they were on their phone ignoring her? Another bunch of staff gathered at the back of the store chatting and blocking customers way shopping.

On Sunday at around 10, this woman, I presume she was a manager? Bumped into me and I received an unpleasant look and was then muttering profanities under her breath.
This is not the behaviour I usually receive or expect when I am in M&S as the staff are usually very welcoming and attentive
