Not my usual pharmacy, had booked both flu and covid vaccinations and was quite surprised to see how small it was and the fact that people were queuing up outside,however I was pleasantly surprised by the lady who did the vaccinations, she went through all my information and gave me all the information about the vaccinations. She was polite and professional throughout.

Very bad management, they accept people who booked and who just came. The pharmacist says they don't have access to the booking system. Why then create it???? although the staff is very polite and friendly ,I do not advise anyone to vaccinate here , save your time !!!

I don?t usually leave reviews but feel I want to in this instance. I had booked my Covid and Flu vaccinations together through the NHS app, for Hobbs Pharmacy in Amersham but was horrified to see a long queue that extended well outside when I arrived. They were issuing numbered tickets and asking people for their details. When I said I had an appointment, they said they weren?t doing it as appointments, only as walk-ins. I asked what the point was of me and others there having booked an appointment and she shrugged her shoulders. No apologies or explanation other than that their system can?t see the appointments! They weren?t interested in people?s NHS booking reference no. but said they needed everyone?s NHS no. I finally went in 50 mins after my appointment time. The person administering the vaccination drew another person?s attention to the fact the needle on one vaccine was ?slightly bent? and asked if it was still OK to use!!! The other person said ?no, bin it and get another?. Interestingly, the member of staff then audibly counted 1 to 5 as she put each vaccine in. I would personally not use this pharmacy again.

Very attentive, kind helpful and professional staff.It is so lovely to go into the pharmacy and be recognise by the name. Very efficient staff and always willing to help and support customers. Thank-you very much for all your hard and meaningful work.

Honestly my worst experience with a pharmacy ever!! Never have items in stock and then advise you that yhey will order in. I once went 5 days in a row and was advised on each occasion that they were there and guess what?! They weren't. Again today surprisingly item wasn't in stock again and was told they'll order in for later in the day and guess what??!! Wasn't in stock. So left with no painkillers (which I need to physically function) no apology given and the staff are just so rude to apoint of disrespectful, advised to look elsewhere which is helpful. I did ask if they could advise me of a local pharmacy that will have them and was advised to phone around. Seeing it's Friday and I work like most normal people this left me withittle option but to leave work early call numerous pharmacies and then drive to said pharmacy to collect my prescription.This has made me change doctors and pharmacy due to the complete awfulness of how this place is managed.I'd advise you to train your staff in customer service and maybe keep items in stock? As this has happened every single time for the last 6 months absolutely ridiculous.Basically stay well clear and dave your time and energy and go elsewhere

The main pharmacist I met today was the worst person I have ever encountered in my life. He wasn't ready to assist me with my request even though the surgery were supportive. He doesn't deserve to work in any pharmacy.

Very nice staff. Filthy shop though, definitely need to employ a regular cleaner. Also a plant overgrown at the steps, a trip hazard. It's obviously a neglected place.

They always leaving u waiting soo long even if u have electronically sent your prescription to them . They still only do it once you get there so inconvenient. You would think they would get it ready once they receive it ð??¡
