I've not used the services of hand car wash only machine car wash for car exterior. Staff nice and polite. They pre spray down car and give it a quick jet spray before your car enters the car wash. This certainly helps to remove some stubborn birds poops etc that the wash may struggle with. I tend to use the basic wash as take my car in fairly regularly. It does a good job of cleaning my car, my daughters etc. Very easy to use , they just like you to keep the engine running, car in neutral with handbrake off. The carwash then moves your vehicle through the wash for you, whilst you sit inside.

Even though I paid 40 pounds, I received the vehicle dirty and the floor mats had not been washed. the trunk was dirty. Definitely disappointing.
