I have using their service for the last 5 years or so... Can you please introduce an online appointment booking service? It is frustrating that I cannot get through to anyone on the phone to book an appointment.

I am a very nervous patient, I have passed out with fear at the dentist previously and have carried this fear for 20 years. I had treatment today with Dr Clare Lovett and she was so calm and kind, I know I won’t be scared to visit in the future. Thank you!

The dentist I saw was lovely. Very professional and to the point. The receptionist was awful, I'm glad she's not my dentist.
