Chloe is just a talented breath of fresh air who should be available on prescription quite honestly. She is so brilliant as a stylist and seems to know exactly how to cut my hair every time however much I have neglected it and however poorly I articulate what I think I want. She is so good at putting me at ease and creating a cheerful ambience and focussing on her professional skills whilst also being her buoyant, positive self. And Abbie, the new apprentice was a delight and took great care of me whilst washing my hair too. And the lovely receptionist was charming and so kind and helpful when I had messed up booking my appointment (sorry I didn't get her name though). I find it quite nerve-wracking having anything like this done but this lovely team are brilliant and put me at my ease and made the whole experience an uplifting one. I loved my hair cut and left feeling much better than when I went in. Thank you Chloe and team.

I wanted to give a massive thank you to Adam for his outstanding work! Every time I leave with a big smile on my face and a new feeling of confidence. Adam is a unique person who gladly listens to every little request you give and delivers phenomenal results every time. I?ve recently dyed my hair for the first time ever and Adam was so caring and courteous of the fact that I was nervous. He guided me through my transformation with kindness and many laughs along the way. Adam is a person who wants to listen and also give advice, so you become a dream team. Had an excellent experience with Adam. His colouring technique is by far some of the most advanced I?ve experienced in over 10 + years of having my hair coloured! I have had a few treatments with Ellie in the Beauty rooms incl. facials & back massage. She?s lovely; has a firm touch if you like that but is also very gentle & soothing when you need it. I enjoy our chats & would definitely recommend & will be back for more!

I wanted to write a review because I was so happy with the service I received today! I only booked (spur of the moment) earlier in the day and was left in the expert hands of ADAM. ADAM was extremely professional, courteous, confident and personable. I felt completely at ease, the young lady who washed my hair was warm and pleasant and ADAM advised on the style I?d picked and how it would suit my facial shape.
