Great store with great advisor and management. Matt and Ria were extremely helpful and supportive, got me a great deal on my contracts, and saved me a bunch of money. I would highly recommend this store ??

Great customer service and the staff are very helpful. The store colleague Karan was very informative and broke down my piece plan for me and helped me save a lot of money and gave me an amazing deal. The store manager Matt also came out and greeted me and checked with each customer if we were all doing well which we don?t see a lot of at many stores, shows how much they care about the customer. 10/10 would recommend.

I went to get some advice and to upgrade to a new contract and was met with a fairly dispondent employee who then proceeded to give me a plan more expensive than my current plan. When I asked for a plan cheaper than my current one (which was entirely possible).
I also specifically asked for NO perks and was given a plan with perks.
I decided to call the store to rectify the issue but the manager Matt was dead set on not being any help to me.
I then found cheaper plans online after being told that I wouldn't, and that the plan without perks was the 'same price'.
I called 150 to ensure the research was correct and the call handler Claire was very helpful and ended up putting me on the plan I expected to be on and saved £144 over the course of the contract.
Please visit another store for useful advice. Amersham EE gave me terrible support from a usually great response in store elsewhere.
The one star should be less but that isn't an option on Google.

Wow, what an amazing experience at the Amersham EE store! Mateusz, the manager, was absolutely fantastic. He knew exactly what I needed, answered all my questions perfectly, and even set up my new phone for me. But that?s not all ? he hooked me up with an incredible broadband deal and an awesome TV bundle. Honestly, the whole experience was next level! If you want brilliant service and someone who genuinely cares, go see Mateusz ? you won?t regret it!

I was missold a new contract here and led to believe I could stay on my existing contract. I have since tried to resolve the issue over the phone but haven't received any call back from the manager as promised. It's been months now and Iv been robbed off multiple times and my time has been wasted on multiple occasions. I will not be staying with EE nor recommending them. It's coercive controlling behaviour and they increase your fees every years by silly amounts when you don't even need or use the service they provide you.

I?d like to particularly thank Shazil & Numan for looking after me and moving my family over to EE from a previous provider.
Please give the two gents a raise or bonus. ?
I would 100% recommend everyone to visit this store and seek for their assistance.

The primary concern lies with the management oversight and team dynamics at the EE store. While a capable manager can foster a productive environment, my recent experience was marred by inefficiencies. Despite visiting the store six times within nine days to address a payment issue, I encountered a disheartening lack of urgency and competence among the staff. With the exception of one individual, a lady whose professionalism stood out, the team's overall demeanor and approach fell short of expectations. It is evident that improvements in team training and customer-centricity are imperative for enhancing the service quality and customer satisfaction at this establishment.
Finally the worst service I encourage in my life at EE Amersham store. It's waste of time to visit the store and talk to those team. They don't do proper services to customers.
My honest suggestion is to call customer service to resolve the issues.

Came in to the store today and was Greeted by 3 gentlemen. They were extremely helpful and helped me upgrade my current package. Would absolutely recommend them.

Absolutely dreadful customer service!!! Went in the shop and the 2 guys were literally snoozing on their chairs!Wanted to upgrade my iPhone and all he was interested in was up selling me other Netflix and BT offers. He was condescending and we left in disgust.Could?nt find me a decent package so am thinking of changing network.Terrible experience.
