Brought two bikes for service, really wish I'd gone else where! Both bikes needed to be brought back within a week as the service had been sloppy and unfinished. One of the bikes will need to be taken back for a third time as the crank arm is worn and should have been checked/highlighted during the initial service. A very disappointing, fairly pricey experience with rude staff and no apologies to top it all off.
I don't even want to go back top the shop to fix the worn crank arm following the unpleasant reception over the phone trying to discuss the matter. Steer clear!

We visited Dee?s and was offered a good deal on an electric bike which turned out to be £500 more expensive than most on the competitors.
Be warned all that is said may not always be true.
Look at other places to compare prices to see if the deal your being offered is really a deal.

The workshop does while u wait repairs and lots of Servicing!
The boss Dan is very knowledgeable and happy to talk you through the numerous bikes for your self or the kids.
Definitely recommend!

On a recent visit, Dan the owner seemed more interested in boasting about all the different women he had impregnated and the injuries he had received, than serving the waiting customers.
To his credit he seems to know a lot about bikes but he sold me a helmet at 3 times the going rate, which was a useful warning to me.
So, I found a way better deal online for a full suspension bike than he could offer, and the friendly people at Halford helped me set it up.
Look elsewhere is my advice.

I will never use this shop again! My son purchased a £700 bike as a present for me and was told that it could be returned if I did not like/want it. When I tried to return it the manager, Dan, refused take it back because it had been customised with a drop post and padded saddle, both of which could easily have been removed. He did not respond to my letter, email or phone messages and was unpleasant when I did eventually speak to him. Both his assistants, who have now left, were as helpful as they could be.
