Had a black Friday deal on the app for ab extra £5 on a gift card. Asked if I could redeem in store and was told yes. I even showed the person behind the till the offer. Paid, didn't get the extra £5. Asked for a refund got told no. Tried to explain to the supervisor what had happened he just ignored what was saying.... read full comment
