Their metal advertising sign right in the middle of the pavement outside is a nuisance and a danger to pedestrians. It blocks the pavement so that 'distancing' has been difficult, people standing to look in the shop window block the way, as does anyone opening the door of a car parked parallel to the pavement. People with pushchairs/buggies, holding a child's hand or carrying bags/parcels have to either wait or give way, but more important, sight-impaired people cannot it. I have asked at the shop if they have permission to obstruct the pavement in this way. The assistant I spoke to assured me they have. I will be checking this.

They never have any Covid tests at Amersham and just watched them patronise an 80+ year old women, telling her that she had to get a code to pick up test. Poor woman has no clue and was given a leaflet to go online for code. Just awful.

Very lovely staff! Always helpful in every different aspect of the shop. Prescriptions are always correct and quick. They sell such nice bits for gifts and the staff are always more than happy to help when it comes to finding presents - and always offer to do gift-wrapping free of charge as well. Can't fault the staff or the shop.

Staff are so friendly and welcoming. They were aways happy to allow my hearing dog in training into the shop and she would get so excited to go in to see everyone. The gift wrapping was also very good and aesthetically pleasing.

Such lovely and helpful staff you can get so much from the shop, they have all different popular brand and also brands that I have never heard of but all so upperclass! they do such good discount on perfume and aftershave I have recently brought some perfume which was £30 cheeper than anywhere else, very helpful staff when it comes to the makeup and skincare they will help to advise you what you need and want, I recently got my new foundation was the shop and was helped by a delightful lady (danielle) who picked the perfect colour for my skin and picked a lipstick to match, I come all the way from high Wycombe to visit this shop as I find the staff so helpful and I always seem to get what I want!

Disgusting shop with rude staff. Came in to get a Clarins gift set and ended up being followed by 4 members of staff who were exceedingly rude. I do not wish to be followed around in stores as if Iâ??m some sort of low life thief. Thankfully took my business elsewhere. No wonder these pharmacies are all shutting down.

I worked here for a short while. Very poorly managed. They advertise the pay as £8-£9 per hour but once you start they tell you â?? oh itâ??s £7.50 and there wonâ??t ever be a pay riseâ?. The pharmacists are rude and there is no value for staff hence why they are always advertising for staff as no one seems to want to stay there. The main door has to be left open all year round so is always cold in there. Would not recommend this place would give it a 0 if I could.

Never have a been to a shop with such rude and ignorant staff, I would never recommend this shop to anyone. If I could I would give 0 stars. Stay away and use a different shop.
