I?ve been going to this salon for about 12 months on and off, purely for convenience. However, the service and treatments can be hit or miss. The most of the staff always seem rushed and stressed, making it difficult for them to be pleasant to customers. After my recent visit, I will never step foot in this place again. I will also advise anyone who asks me about this place not to bother. During my visit, my eyebrows were totally ruined. The person who did them denied any wrongdoing, which was completely unprofessional. Her colleagues got involved as I was almost in tears. They told me that it?s done now and I should just wait for them to grow back. This is an inadequate solution for a paying customer whose eyebrows were wrecked. The staff were dismissive and rude. I strongly advise you think twice before going here.
