Very sympathetic and very helpful. I had very over processed, chewing gum bleached her, created by another salon. Nikkie was very supportive and recommended a bonding treatment, which I have just had. My hair feels softer and doesnt feel like its going to break so thank you Nikki. I shall definitely keep going to this salon.

Cannot recommend Alice enough! Had my hair cut and coloured with her last week, the cut was perfect but I really wanted more of the colour, so she fitted me in asap (they were fully booked and she stayed late because she wanted to make sure I was happy) and got my hair exactly how I wanted it!! Also the salon is gorgeous and the view out of the front windows is amazing. Will be back soon!

What a lovley place to be pampered, had my hair syled & coloured by Alice and my husband had his hair cut by Dena even though he is working in Italy, when back in Brackley he still visits Dena for his haircut.I'm now a regular expecially on Fizzy Friday when I have a lovely glass of bubbly with the staff and clients!
