Very sympathetic and very helpful. I had very over processed, chewing gum bleached her, created by another salon. Nikkie was very supportive and recommended a bonding treatment, which I have just had. My hair feels softer and doesnt feel like its going to break so thank you Nikki. I shall definitely keep going to this salon.
