Awful customer service. 5 months trying to encash 2 life policies. Passed twice to escalation team, still nothing done. Formal complaint raised by solicitor. Now they require 20 working days to look into it. If not resolved then the ombudsmen will take over. Dont use this company. They are absolutely inept.

My daughter goes to nursery here while my wife works here. Absolutely phenomenal old school office in the best way. Great parking, good security, lovely views including of a lake. It also has a nice staff canteen and restaurant. Definite recommendation as a place of work. And oh, the nursery is fantastic too!

Worst of the worstTold me to call them to be able to go through with my quote, been on the phone 8 hours in total just for an answer, half the time it doesn't even go through on hold.They told me i couldn't proceed with them as i done too many quotes and that im not gonna drive the car that much (Even though i put only 4000 miles a year) and to find a different insurer. Please AVOID.

Avoid avoid avoid!!! What a waste of time and money! We have spent over £500 on Health insurance with Aviva with all false promises. As soon as we try to make a claim for a hospital visit what a change of tune. The reps over the phone are so unhelpful, cannot give you any valid explanation and are on a repeated script of excuses to avoid paying out. This is NOT a Pre existing condition and a pretty straight forward claim. It?s like speaking to a robot. I?m currently in line on the helpline to cancel and have been for over an hour which speaks volumes about the company!

It?s bad service They don't care about the customers when you need them, you don't find them, even I've been trying to call them every day for more than a week, and I left them a message and an email, or I didn't receive any response. Two weeks later, he sends me a message about the accident. Injections that it's bad treatment.

An absolute shambles of a company with no customer service what so ever, nobody answers the phone a complete waste of time

One star from me.to speak with customers service I need it to call 2 times and wait for 40 min each before hanging up as no one is picking up the phone.Online chat is not any better as they are saying they are to busy and you need to call them.

I have been with them for many years with no claims and they just put my policy up by several hundred pounds.They just told me that the government tells them that they can put it up by up to 40% if they want. No explanation given.Moved and saved £400
