Worst customer service ever I had today at WHSmith Clifton Down Station. I'm always offered a student discount for my son's children's books and today the staff member refused my 8 year old son a student discount because he, who was still in his school uniform, was not able to produce a student discount card. Really helpful staff, a lady called amber helped me with tickets and postal materials. Lots of good books also.
