So much wasted time waiting on prescriptions to be prepared when txt comes through on phone to say they ready. No organisation there. Just winder what they do during the day. No longer collect but have meds delivered by third party as fed up with constant poor organisation.

The staff are all compassionate, but they and their patients are let down by a ridiculous telephone appointment system. I've had to redial over and over (50+ times) to just get into the hold queue. It's mind blowing nothing has changed.I've also been given to wrong information by reception about getting care for my baby via a pharmacy and it's ended up wasting lots of my time.I'm finding this practice increasingly frustrating.

****1 star review is for stopping Saturday morning opening times**** OUTRAGEOUS!!!!I agree with the last comment the staff can be rude although the pharmacist is lovelyI imagine they are overworked and under paid as I overheard a conversation with one of them saying that even though they had prepared a prescription they would not let the patient know as they only ordered yesterday and they didn?t want people rushing in the next day to collect prescriptions ??.outrageous !!!!!!!!

Honestly the worst pharmacy in Bristol. They are all quite polite, not unfriendly, just not competent. They only had half the mess I needed for my prescription, asked me to come back another day which I did, and currently I'm waiting in the queue whilst they look through boxes to try and find the rest of it. I have never had a straight forward pickup. Pharmacy4U...it's the easiest way now

Had no problems with the pharmacy Staff have been very polite and respectful with me when ever I've entered the pharmacy and got my prescriptions there have been times when I've rang up but there's been no answer for a few days but after speaking to a member of staff in regards to this I now completely understandn that theve been working bon stop through out the pandemic but over all been a good pharmacy to me in the two years I've lived in the area very good when I come to collect medication and help in every way they can as I have autism and learning disabilities sometimes I can do things very well other times I need it explained to me but overall in my opion good pharmacy good staff. Respectful and do good at there jobs 5 stars thank you for all the work you do for myself and everyone who comes to your pharmacy your doing a great job keep up the good work guys

Brilliant GP surgery and associated pharmacist Stephen Bamford.Pharmacy staff are always so friendly helpful and super efficient who know their regular patients and their meds like me by name (shout out here to Lynne). Always willing to offer advice if you have queries or concerns. They have adopted a text service letting patients know when prescriptions are ready to collect which has made life so much easier- rarely queue more than 7-8 minutes at busier times and I normally get in and out in less than 5 minutes if I get there for opening.

This pharmacy has gone down hill. Every time I ring Trying to get anyone to answer the phone is a joke! Been trying today to ring for 2 hours with phone on auto redial and still no answer. I understand they may be busy but when you go into the shop there is usually 2 or 3 staff standing at the back chatting about holidays or what they've done over the weekend. One member of staff is very helpful but one in particular is very rude and abrupt. I am now looking into changing my pharmacy

Staff are an odd combination of dense and uppity. It's a bit like trying to get an answer out of a jar of stale marmalade, but one that's really self-important and abrupt. By staff, I mean serving staff, by the way. The pharmacists (i.e. the actual grown-ups in the room) are professional and, well, normal. What must it be like for them to have to rub shoulders all day with these standard issue burnt-out checkout jockeys?

Arrived at 18:24 to find it closed. Extremely frustrating as I had left work early and driven an hour to get there. If you are advertised as being open until 18:30, you should be!
