Have been using this pharmacy for a while now and the team are always so helpful and friendly. The manager Claire always goes the extra mile with her customer service. She is always hard at work when I come in but nothing is ever too much trouble. Makes collecting my medication a pleasant experience. Thank you .

Such a friendly team at this pharmacy. They really care about their customers - they know many by name and really care about how they are doing. Pharmacist is very professional, always taking time to explain the treatment. It's a small pharmacy but seem well stocked with medications other pharmacies often don't have without ordering.

Booked a flu jab in advance only to come there on the day and hear that they ran out of vaccines because of walk-ins. The staff didn?t care to offer cancelling or rescheduling the appointment even though they knew that the company policy doesn?t allow a user to alter or cancel it within 48 hrs of the appointment. Had to ask them to cancel ourselves.

Booked and paid approx. £300 3 weeks in advance for private vaccinations. Arrived for appointment and was told pharmacist on holiday. No apology, no explanation as to how this situation had happened, no offer of how to resolve the issue. Eventually told to come back the following week in the hope they might be able to do vaccinations then. Staff were unhelpful and couldnt care less.

We understand that pharmacies are busy at the moment but my mum and I have been impressed with the service we have received every time we?ve been in. They have gone out of their way to help me get some emergency medication. Yes there may be a queue but the service means that we?ll go back again as our nearest pharmacy has shut.

No very good! Went in there today to collect my prescriptions only had 1 out of 4 was told they could be in today?s delivery? now you have to put your repeat prescription in yourself ( something I didn?t even know) instead of 3 days it?s now 7. It?s been over 7 they said I could go back this afternoon it may be there or to reorder and it?ll be there for Monday!?? So that makes it 10 days funny how they could put an order in Friday and get it Monday and it?s weekend!?? Don?t make sense !? The girl behind the counter said I could always go to a different chemist!!how rude I?ve lived in bedminster for 38 years and used the chemist for many years! Probably longer than she?s been alive !! Not happy!! I understand they?re busy! Not my fault!!! there?s always enough of them working there, most days 4/5 people?. ?????

Don't Answer there phones. long lines coming out of shop down the road. Have been trying to cancel Medication but unable to contact anybody will not be recommending.

I have rang over 78 times today and no one has picked up!!it's like this every day plus when I went there because they weren't picking up I was empty inside ...can never get through I will be changing pharmacys!!

dont pick up the phone & pretty clueless staff. claimed a box of pills didnt say the dosage when they couldnt find it visually (it said it on the top of the box) & made me stand to wait for a prescription they couldnt fill when i am disabled. lowkey medical neglect but doubt its particularly their fault
