absolutely lovely atmosphere.like stepping back in time when you are a part of something.you step in and everybody says hello with a warm embrace of your name.they are busy like a finely tuned beehive at times.Very busy due to their popularity.Pete the head pharmacist is the kindest most empathetic and knowledgeable man.All staff are just so fabulous they all work under great pressure and still keep their hearts on their sleeves.they are first class.God bless them. It is a busy pharmacy covering a large number of people, however the team obviously work very hard and are generally very quick and efficient, and always pleasant to deal with.

Waited almost an hour to get out of here, first 20 minutes waiting to be served had people complaining about the fact things were not in so it took a while. Had an electronic barcode and read it and said it was okay. No context from then and then Pete who appears to be the only person working there who makes things work went and found it and one of the items was not in stock. Not impressed, it seems to always have a queue and it seems the reason for that is bad/not following processes. Luckily not my local pharmacy

Very busy pharmacy serving a large area.After being in this pharmacy and listening to some of the customers talk to the staff I am surprised that they are able to staff it.The staff are being sworn to and being treated very rudely.The staff are ther to help people but people need to be patient as the pharmacy has so many prescription to prosses .

Impossible to get hold of on the phone. It hangs up after two minutes, no hold or phone queue so you just have to keep ringing.

Good size place but always wait time needed its just a very very very busy and over used place .

Even when the place is empty and they say they?ll sort out your prescription ?now? yet it?s still a 45 minute wait! I don?t know if it?s poor organisational skills, they don?t prioritise those actually in the building waiting or what is going on, but it?s not good enough! Most people are very unwell or elderly who go there so maybe they should give you a time it?ll be ready so you can wait somewhere less depressing or maybe they need to get more /efficient staff.
