“I came in here after visiting another branch of Kwik Fit in another part of the country who had done a bad job of adjusting wheel alignment, and had left the steering wheel not properly set pointing forwards, and it was at an angle. I arrived quite a while before my booking time, but was dealt with promptly, and the issue was resolved fully in a small amount of time, with a minimal wait. I actually left the branch 20 minutes before my original appointment time! ? Absolutely first class service from a team who clearly know what they're doing. Utterly competent and professional. Highly recommend, and will be visiting this branch again when I need their services. Keep up the good work! ? Thanks guys! ?”

“Took my car for a tyre check as 1 of my tyres was losing pressure. They were extremely friendly and helpful. I was worried i may have needed to fork out for new tyres, but fortunately was told it was a minor issue with the valve which was replaced. They did this at short notice and in less than 30 mins. I will be using them again when my MOT and service are due.”

“Dropped of my car with a lot of free play on the clutch pedal that was causing difficulty to engage gears, spoke to the gentleman at the counter (unfortunately forgot to get his name) and was told that it could be a clutch slave cylinder, but upon further inspection they bled the system and the clutch was working perfectly for a lot cheaper than i thought would actually cost.Very honest and got the job done quickly too! would definitely recommend.”

“5 stars. I was in the area when my warning light came on for low tyre pressure. I pulled over to find a screw in my tyre. With no spare, I called in to see if they could help. The lads were brilliant, despite having a few bookings, they got me in and I was away within an hour.”

“You like tyres? There are a lot of tyres here. I'm not sure they would take too kindly to you just hanging around - I think there's a kind of transactional expectation - but I'm my experience this place is excellent.

“Drove my car with a colleague Monday morning. Left the keys with them so they could fit a new tyre on the front and a new spare. Told maybe done that afternoon hence why I left the keys. Several phone calls later fast forward to Wednesday morning and tyres still not arrived and therefore not fitted. I need my car to work. Without doubt the most incompetent firm I have dealt with in my 42 years of driving vehicles. The moral of the story. Even though they are called Formula One it doesn't mean they change the tyres in 3 seconds. Good job they are not in Formula one. The race would have finished before they had found the tyres...... By the way it's not a Ferrari I've got a Peugeot 208 that was previously owned by a doctor. Perhaps they thought it was the Tardis from Dr Who?”

“It was the only halfords garage to have availability in the area and, depite some online negative reviews, proceeded to book a full service. It was a good decision: friendly staff, all well explained and the service was completed faster than other garages. When I collected the car, all okay as well and the vehicle feels good, will definitely recommend it.”

“We have been using this garage since moving to bristol - took the car in initially as they were close to us and spotted them on a google search, but have just kept on using them because we have always found them to be really helpful, super friendly and also fairly priced - and they have always made a plan to squeeze us in if we needed something done in an emergency (which unfortunately has happened a few times!!).
