If you don't want problem after problem I strongly advise to avoid Three at all costs! On the 29th Jan I signed up for their 12months half price deal £11 first 12 months and £22 the last 12 months). When I switched the Hub on and tried to connect to the wifi it kept saying incorrect password. This happened on all of the devices I tried to connect to. On the following day I went to the Cabot Circus store and spoke with Jack (Assistant Manager). He then tried to connect to the Hub using his phone and it didn't work which confirmed that the Hub was faulty. Instead of replacing the Hub he said it would be easier for him to cancel the contract and make a new one with the only difference being the price of £10 the first 12 months and £20 the last 12 months due to them providing a faulty Hub and due to the inconvenience caused. In the evening, I noticed that I had an email from Three with my new contract and for my surprise it said 6 months half price and not the original 12 months! I went to the store once again the following day, however, the staff present couldn't help me because they said this was a case for the Managers, so they asked me to come back the next day. Again I went to the store and spoke with the Manager which had no interest in helping me whatsoever which makes me wonder what is he even doing there... When I asked for the complaints book he said that complaints are done online...Please be aware of the staff working there as they'll lie to your face and then when you have a problem they'll say they can't help. I went to the store to have things done properly and in the end the staff/managers messed things up and then they don't even sort it, what a scam of a company!

I went to the Cabot Circus store to sort out 4g mobile broadband hub problem. Despite their systems not playing ball when it was established a new contract and hub were required as the hub I was issued with was defective, they continued doing everything. Showed brilliant customer service. I got placed on a 5g mobile broadband contract for the same price as the 4g contract I originally signed up for. Could not have asked for more. Internet works really well now.

Best customer service I've had ever! At the end of a long day I presented manager, Jack, with a annoyingly complex and tedious situation I had.He went well over beyond and above to sort it out for me.Gave me guaranteed information and the clarity on the product.Absolute Gent and the other staff were really nice and helpful too.Definitely made the right move getting in with these guys

Hi, my recent experience with a gentleman that served me, name Rad was outstanding. The right man in right place. Well informed, polite and super helpful. I felt really taken care off. He also was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend the exceptional service of this gent. Message to a Rad's boss: if you read this Rad deserves a pay rise! Thank you :)

There is no public review here for the company... So here I am with a review of Three uk, not the individual shop. Worst customer service ever.. The companies' system and online service is broken. Incredibly difficult to get any help even though people obviously rely on it, gave up
