Shocking customer service. I was told via live chat to visit the store, only for staff there to tell me I needed to call Three instead. When I called, the advisor told me to go to the store? I was sent in circles all day, with no one seeming to know what they were doing. All the staff in-store had a couldn?t be bothered attitude, standing around like they were at home - not a single smile during the full hour I was there. Unfriendly, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Left with no resolution whatsoever. A total waste of time I won?t be returning back to this store again.

23.12.24 at 11:30 a.m. A young employer did not know how to give me details about my contract. He said that he doesn't know anything and that calling 333 doesn't seem right to me, I've been paying this company for 6 years and I don't get the information I need on my money, it's not nice for this employee to refuse me, be nervous and avoid me, I say that he doesn't know anything. Is it normal to behave like this with customers? What is his job to reject clients and not provide the details we need? does the company pay him for this? the boy who is employed at three? other companies offer details, trust and safety. I have paid for this company for 6 years and every time I go to ask for information, it avoids me like today, saying that it does not know how to provide me with the information I need, and I pay for this information so that I don't find out anything? I have been paying this expensive company for 6 years, why? do you want the money but informed advice and security trust? do not offer what do we good people pay in the end?

worst customer service i have ever seen in my life. They will make you feel embarrass if you are working in kfc mcdonalds or any other such place. We Went there to get some information about how we can get the iphone on installments and they made us feel like we are from some other planet. Umar was the guy?s name who gave us the information and he was talking to us like we are some idiots. Just waiting for my contract to end and i will never ever use this sim and will never recommend them.

Be careful not all their deals are good deals. I was tricked and deceived into a contract I didn?t need and now I?m stuck in it for 2 years.

Jack was so kind and helpful with his recommendations on my recent visit to Bristol Three. I felt a bit lost among all the options provided by UK telcos as a visitor to the country. Jack took the time to help me understand the options and gave a great solution - inclusive of an e-sim which was a variable I sorely needed. Thank you Jack!!
