Went in today to pick up some toner for the first time, had no clue what I really needed for my skin type. Lauren, maybe the most helpful sales rep I've ever spoken to, gave me really useful advice based on personal experience, and then took the time to recommend other products to assist me further.\\nOn top of all this Lauren also helped my flatmate find the right product for her skin as well. Cheers Lauren, you were wonderful, I hope they give you a raise!

Big variety of lot's of great cosmetics, staff very helpful and kind. Great place when you're looking for a gift for someone important to you - they will help you out choose the best one. I'll definitely come back!

Welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable staff. I was invited safely into the store. Staff member monitoring numbers of people and restricting entry where necessary. When I needed help with a product a nearby staff member gave me all the info I needed to make my decision and I then was able to queue safely at the till (distanced) then pay. Only thing missing could have been a screen in front of the till, but they were wearing a mask anyway so felt safe enough. Smallish shop but well stocked with Body Shop products.

Are used to love going in here and now I just find it too patronising with the staff following and constantly over your shoulder! No space to browse alone unfortunately ?

Can't go wrong with their products. I have used their vitamin E cream for years. Great bonuses with the body shop loyalty card.

Not impressed with their products no more. Quality went down in the past couple of years and most of the products irritate my skin now, it never used to happen before. Also I feel as at most of the times prices are way too high for what you sold.

I was very impressed with the products which they had in store and found that the staff were very helpful and very attentive throughout the am of time that I had spent in the store and will be definitely going back to the store in the next couple weeks after Xmas
