Poor customer service.Confusion over a meal offer. Signage poor by staffs own admission. Rude women (supervisor) behind till. I was the second person there having the same issue, we were told ?if you read the sign properly? in a dismissive tone. I worked as a customer service supervisor in a store for 5yrs as a student, I know what good/reasonable customer service is. Once the confusion was rectified, the same supervisor yelled across the store essentially telling off another member of staff about a separate issue. Simply poor.

Handy and convenient as always. The advantage its the extended opening hours trough th3 week days and wkends. Specially when you have young kids and run out of milk butter and bread. Which are the 3 items every household run out on a regular basis. It's very convenient and handy to have a Tesco or Sainsbury Express by. I find local corner shops Bread and milk always in a very bad quality and something always wrong with it. One main issue it's that the milk will go bad before the expiry date for some reason. Anyway I believe I said enough here.

Don't say you're open at 6 when you open at 7. Big sign on the door saying 7am. Might not seem like a big deal but it's the difference between me getting food or going hungry at work.

Neat, good service but limited choice. Mainly food items.

not safe in there anymore. Young staff.. very little care taken (shelf packing etc) to protect customers. One staff member told me they don't need to wear masks as they need to be able to communicate with the deaf. Why can't they remove the mask when a deaf person needs to speak with them?!

The best playlist of any shop I've ever been to it's incredible. Amazing

To be honest, I don't use this place very often. I have used the click and collect service a few times for online purchases, and MAYBE bought stuff here occasionally.I DO like that there is a post office located at the back of the store, which I'm sure leads to some strange looking queues if people have some shopping to do as well.

Had to wait 3/4 mins for someone to come behind the counter and serve me, for then the cashier asked why I didnâ??t just use self service, I mean what kind of customer service for someone who had been employed since 2008! Laughable

The staff in the Post Office at Tesco Express are wonderful - always friendly, efficient and professional. They are happy to give advice on the best service for you - particularly Samantha. Highly recommend! Thank you all at the Post Office!

Shop is always dirty and untidy. Not enough variety of food and wine products. Staff can be rude and they stand around chatting with each other instead of working. Prices are sometimes not on the shelves.

Prices are a little higher than normal however on a positive note at the rear is a staffed Royal Mail Post Office.

Very tight stressful store, self scans aren't great but often a queue for tills and moderately priced. Am always very disappointed that their sliding-fridge doors are incredibly eco-inefficient, always left open, please change! Staff are nice though and the meals deals are unbeatable

Amazing staff, but frankly, many truly grotesque customers. Employees always friendly and eager to help. A superlative shopping experience. The automatic sliding door needs a bit of grease btw.

Standard Tesco express, itâ??s convenient but has narrow aisles. Post Office here is much better than the Cotham Hill one for queues and customer service
