Absolutely brilliant service, got my contacts stuck in my eyes and everyone couldn?t help more. Becky the optician was very professional and friendly. When I left all the staff said bye and glad I was better. Definitely would recommend.

Really bad service, complacent that soo in demand they can be rude and unhelpful. Went in to book sight test as had been getting reminder emails. Was greeted by a sour faced old Indian lady called Guishinara. Asked ?have you been here before?? without looking up from her screen. I had been there before but previously had gone to the Clifton branch (which was great). I?d moved since and thought could go back to this one again.I asked her when I?d had my sight test in Clifton and if it would be covered by NHS as was diabetic and think can get them yearly. She said couldn?t see when had been done (I?m sure she could) and that I should go back there if they knew about my ?medical conditions?. Like she used it as an excuse a hundred times a day she declared their branch was ?independent? and stores weren?t linked (despite sharing a name). She didn?t offer me an appointment or apologise for not being able to help.Really rude lady. I asked her name and she pointed at her badge. I think I?ll go independent as clearly spec savers don?t want the business from paupers like me.

Told I needed urgent surgery for a cataract, but not referred for 2 months, then details sent to some private clinic with no branch no closer than 400 miles from my home! All my emails remain unanswered. Amateurs. Avoid.

The Manager who sell the product talked full of promises, when I needed their service the supervisor and staff talked nonsense told me that a metal frame only last 2 years and said they can?t fix my glasses frame because by law you have to submit yourself for an eye check up because im due. They made an appointment for me to see the manager but for my disappointment the Manager didn?t turn up to see me. What a waste of time and money keep coming back to their store. Sadly they kept unprofessional staff.

expensive eyetest but didn't feel as thorough as the previously free ones I have had at other opticians, very rushed and at one point the optician just seemed to be saying "good enough" rather than finding the best lens. I then needed the optician to sign a form for reimbursement which i only had digitally, and they said to email it to the address on the prescription, 3 weeks and 3 emails later and still no reply to allow me to claim the cost back from my employer. Will stick to the free and better eyetests on Park Street in future.
