Great toy store lots selections but what was really great was the service very polite and knowledgeable. I got served by Lewis he answered all my questions and even took time to find answers yobthe ones he wasn't sure of. Well done!!!! Hope you manager reads this.....also the young lady on the till was great too sorry I didn't her name.

Large Smyths Toy store in the retail park.Everything you need all under one roof, I shop in here quite a lot for different items.You can pick up some bargains.* large free car park* clean and tidy store* well stocked shelves* friendly and helpful staff* click and collect* cots, pushchairs and car seat shopping at the back of the store* gaming section (consoles, ect)* trolleys

Mis-priced product took to till to be told it was double the price. Missing and unplaced price tickets on shelves misleading in the funko pops, one price on the whole shelf strip although all are different prices very misleading. Manager (CHRIS) had a massive ego trip trying to defend what was clearly a shop error eventually walking away and not owning up to the error under his due restriction. Won't be returning to this store with an attitude to customer satisfaction like that!!!!!

WARNING DO NOT USE YOUR BANK CARD USE CASH just went in & spent £193 use my bank card at the til there til was very slow then they said the payment had not gone through, shown them on my app it had they rang head office who said it hadn?t so I rang Halifax whilst there who said it has gone through and gave an authoristation code but the manager swore blind it hadn?t this amounts to theft utter disgrace

So I was in the shop just passing a mini a basket ball through my legs and an employee walks up to me swearing and saying ?you can play with **** but just don?t take the we we? and I thought that it was unnecessary bc we were in a kids shop around little kids and I don?t think it is appropriate to say that.

I love our trips to this store. Every time we visit I am so impressed with the customer service. This week I was browsing the push along trike section when a passing member of staff noticed and stopped what he was doing to offer to unlock the trike and take it down from the shelf to show me, without me even asking, everything that could be done to operate it in different ways. I hadn?t intended to buy one, but am now about to purchase. So impressed with the staff, thank you for your help, kindness and patience. My child has a mild form of cerebral palsy which can make shopping trips daunting, awkward and some times very miserable, thank you for making our day better :)

Worst phone call experience I've tried since they opened at 9 to sort a oder and it's now 11am and they still are hanging up so frusting especially when your working to keep calling . How do they expect you to collect an click and collect order with in 2 days most company's give you a week. If your like me and your oder is ready on those 2days your in work till late how are you expected to get there and by than the store is shut, you than lose your oder you've place and wont get it. I've been waiting for mine since the start of August, it also takes a hour on the bus as I don't drive so there's simply no time on the days asked. I've been trying to ring to ask if my oder can stay in store till the next day when I'm free but they simply won't answer their phone which is making it unnecessarily difficult when by now most company's would of answered. Worst click and collect and telephone experience.

There's so many options you can feel lost, like being in a warehouse or something. But all in all, no queuing for tills, I got what I wanted. All good.
