The team at ScS couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating: I received great customer service from both Rob and Richard, who helped me with a tailor made package for my new home. I really appreciate all the guidance and the great offers too. I feel I have chosen well and have paid a very fare price for good quality furniture.

We have visited a few times over the last few weeks and spoke with John both times!He helped us a lot and made sure it was right for us.Provided me with a cup of tea whilst we went through the payment and delivery as-well which was lovely!I?d recommend this store specifically John if they can get him as he goes above and beyond to find what he can for you!

Went into SCS Cribbs Causeway to find a sofa, Andrew was very polite and friendly. However the manager in this store was very rude and put us off buying. The manger said some rude comments and gave rude looks. But thank you Andrew for your lovely service and for helping us.

I went into the shop to choose the carport l wanted and paid for it ,after a month nothing has been done l had to rang them they lost all the information about the carpet l choose . They told me to come back to the storeI had to go back to the shop to choose another carpet which was inconvenient waste my petrol cancel my work shift . They called me three times they cancel my appointments . I had to cancel my work shift three times . The person they sent after three appointments left mess in my house all the rugs the sheets in my house l had to hire a cleaner, is this how you treat the customers. The carpet man found my house nice and tidy not even a rubbish but the way he left my house l was so disappointed.

One of the worst retailers I have ever dealt with - avoid at all costs! Sent cowboy fitters who destroyed our carpet so it had to be replaced, smeared blood all over the walls and replacement took 6 months in total with the final fitting and product still poor. Quality of carpet is very poor. Despite all we went through no discount offered and the worst customer service. Save yourself the stress and false economy - go elsewhere!

Me and my family were uncomfortably followed/stalked around by a female member of staff, don't know whether she thought we were going to steal something (although not sure how we would get away with sneaking furniture out). Won't be coming back here.

I went to Cribbs Causeway in Febuary to buy a cloud suite power recliner and 2 seater sofa.I received 2 emails this week telling me of delays to my estimated delivery time. Was told that my delivery would now be estimated by the end of June!The reason is that parts of my suite namely the material and the mechanics of my power recliner were coming from south east Asia.The shop are great but they sugar coat the delivery expectations. Plus I was told that I would only get a discount if my suite was further delayed.I feel let down by SCS today. I brought the recliner to help my back. If I cancel now I lose my deposit and would probably have to wait another 5 to 6 months for replacements.I'm not going to do that.I feel that SCS need to improve on information regarding delivery. I'm shocked today given my order was in febuary that the parts are not with my furniture and completed yet. This is not the way to order parts. Why the delay on ordering? Yes we all know how it works. I regularly purchase items from Shien from the same area.Not good customer service SCS!I am very disappointed.Elizabeth Buck.
