I have never had the mis-fortune to be treated so badly by a financial institution in my entire life !! THEY ARE THE MOST INCOMPETENT BANK I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Been in 3 times now and they keep saying they have lost paperwork they clearly had. Wasting my time and Petrol. Folks take your business elsewhere if you want a decent service.

Truly shocking customer service - couldn't be less interested in helping you or any other customer. Every person that comes to the counter is another problem for them. I suggest you visit many of the other branches in Bristol where they are much nicer and are far more accommodating than the old bags in here.

It would be useful, If you could update the opening hours on google maps. On the website, It shows the bank is open until 4.30 but when I arrived, you had a letter saying it closes at 1pm. Poor communication and notification to costumers.

I've asked them some information about my credit card more than one time and every single member of the staff gave me different and wrong information, the result is I'm paying fee and interest on it because of them. I'm not happy at all.

I've held a natwest account for over 30 years starting at both east st branches which were magic this north st branch is a joke there is never enough cashiers and never anybody on the customer service desk which is supposed to deal with all enquiries so the cashiers don't get clogged with idiots

I am not keen on the security camera pointing to the only cash point machine, within the small nat west bank on North Street, Bristol, BS3 area. In addition to this, the staff appear miserable.
