Been a customer for over 6 years but after my horrific experience I am never returning. The woman threading my eyebrows had clearly never done it in her life and was using me for practice. i'm not sure why i came here multiple times. i had the worst haircut i've ever received. i asked for a trim straight across just 1cm. she grabbed chunks of my hair and just started cutting diagonally. my hair is so so choppy and uneven each strand is a different length with a few random extremely short pieces in the back... read full comment
