Myself and my husband have known nichole for a while now and she is the best there is we've got a holiday booked for next year and nichole has once again made it happen I would highly recommend miles morgan great service always with a smile and gives the best advice all round

The only reason any high street travel agency can survive will be due to good service and knowledge. Unfortunately Miles Morgan Clifton offers terrible customer service and care. Avoid.Call yesterday and reserved €850 for collection that day. They said this was their last amount they would hold this for us. Turned up... read full comment

Similar experience to Yael G in a previous review. Employees sitting at desk, walked in through the front door and was told "the shop is closed" (4 hours before the normal closing time). Walked past an hour later and they're still sitting inside the shop. Don't want to make assumptions, but you can guess how that came across.
