On 3 occasions I?ve had a hot chocolate with no chocolate in. Thought the first time it was a one-off but seems to be a continual issue.

Food is always fresh, the place is clean, all good. The only issue is how busy it gets at lunch as kids from all schools in the area show up at 12, it becomes really, really busy. Try avoiding 12 o'clock lunches on weekdays

What absolute carnage. Completely wrong order. 3 people serving drive through no one front of house. Manager not polite told me I was wrong when clearly on my receipt and order I had ordered one thing and recieved something different.. food had sat there for 20 mins.before finally orders were coming out. Cold.

Terrible service, employees prefer to talk rather than do what they are paid to do, wait 1 hour for a regrettable order, you need to employ people who really want to work!!!!

Manager was very rude I had food from here many times they are fine but today Saturday 14/12/2024 I got my food at 12 midnight and from my food fries was missing I checked and ask again and that lady who dressed like manager was very rude she was like why you asking. She was shouting at me that we called you many times I was barely 10 away when I placed order. Order was cold and was left on the front like chucked.but this lady was horrible not even care about customers very disrespectful.

Drive through shambles. No boxes for 5 selects, so could only give me 3. No water. They forgot to give me my sauce. Kind staff apologised at every point. But what terrible choice of maccies. Even the headset of the order chap broke mid order.

Closed early with no sign to indicate, Google times says it's open the times at the door said it's open. Just shut with no notice displayed.
