Fantastic store. Very large. Staff nice, not too overbearing. Started my Xmas shopping early ( very unlike me ). Bought the obligatory Snow Fairy, expensive at £24, but it's for my daughter. Also bought the set with the musical Xmas globe on top @ £56.

Very nice staff super helpful, Minx and another staff member super kind and helpful, I won treat £15 free things to by in store really recommend coming nice to see and try, buy new products that are great for the body.

Ben was absolutely amazing! Ben helped my find all the best products for my very sensitive skin. All the other staff working today were also amazing and super kind!! Overall amazing experience!

I had the most wonderful experience! We?ve had difficulty within the family and have been traveling to Bristol daily to support our loved one, but when I went out to grab lunch I stumbled passed lush and went it to get my weekly hit of not only caring but helpful people but the stunning products!! I was left absolutely amazed but the customer care given to me by beki!! She wowed me with her amazing knowledge and helped me grab gifts for my amazing support system during this time!! I cannot thank lush Bristol enough for there kindness and helpfulness during this time????

I visited your store at around 7:15pm on 21/02/23, & Thank you so much Elliot! I?ve left your store with the biggest smile on my face after our chat!! I?ve had a very long and hard week, and your service + the so so thoughtful pay it forward card and present was the perfect ?pick me up? that I needed :) I will definitely be passing that card forward to someone I love because I know how amazing it made me feel, so thank you for listening Elliot you are a star x & there was also another colleague with dark curly hair and I think glasses, who helped me pick the little gingerbread man and lucky cat and wax melt, both of you have made my evening so special! It isn?t often in this day and age to walk in to a shop and be spoken to by a member of staff as a person before consumer. This is what G (Gee) did. She approached me and my partner and asked how we were and then asked if she could help us with anything. My partner who is a big lover of Snow Fairy was delighted to accept the help and was showed all things Snow Fairy!! We purchased few things that we wanted (and was even happier to hand over money after the amazing service we received) at the till G (Gee) popped over again and offered us a free gift? WHAT?! Totally unexpected and kind. I could tell she really enjoyed her job (or at least have the impression she did). I could also tell that being able to give us a gesture of kindness made her day just as much as it made ours. LUSH, keep employing people like G (Gee) and don?t fall where other companies have by not looking after your staff, embrace their passion, show your gratification for their hard work and praise them loud and proud. Thanks G (Gee) - P.S sorry this review is so late, we?ve been busy ?.

A shop worker was super helpful and friendly, and after my ADHD riddled brain left a can of drink behind, they ran after me (all the way to Holland and Barrett) to return said drink to me, super lovely and helpful and I?m sad I didn?t catch their name, thank you massively :)

I had the attention of 2 Staff at the same time. Everything was explained.inclusive of any allergy content which was most appreciated.The details and stories on products was inciteful. A most pleasing shopping experience. If only the rest of Cabot Circus had that commitment to customer service.....

Popped in today for a small treat! I have anxiety and typically on a bad day I can't communicate well. I wanted to challenge myself to go outside and grab my favourite things (snacks and cocoa butter bath bomb lol)! I was asking about massage bars and one of your employees helped me through it! Even though I got a little overwhelmed and had to walk away for a second I felt comfortable there.I just want to say thank you for that! I didn't catch your name but you were sooooo sweet. Love this Lush store. Always plenty of bathbombs to choose from and I love how they are displayed. Staff are all so friendly and I love that they?re on hand to give advice/recommendations without being overbearing and OTT.

Back in May 2023, I had the chance to visit Lush Caboot Circus, and boy, was it a blast! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by this explosion of colors and amazing scents. It felt like a whole new world of beauty goodies waiting to be explored.I couldn't believe how everything was handmade and eco-friendly ? it's like shopping with a conscience. And guess what? The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. They told me all about the products and helped me pick out some awesome stuff.You know what made it even cooler? They had these hands-on bath bomb workshops. My daughter had an absolute blast making her own bath bombs. She was all smiles, and I could tell she was having a great time.One thing that really stuck with me is how Lush Caboot Circus cares about the planet. Such a lovely shop to visit with my 10 year old- a really fun friendly guy called Ben talked us through different products and was really helpful in answering questions and giving demonstrations of different products. My daughter loved being allowed to try things before deciding what to buy with her pocket money ?
