Nice. Trying to call them and they pick up the phone and hang up in the same second over and over again. Rude and outrageous. Guess I need to drive there by myself just to ask stupid question about my prescription. :')

Poor customer service. Was told I could have 6 months woth of stock of an over the counter drug and return next week when the drug was available. When I returned was told I need a prescription. Please get your facts straight. I got agitated due to the contradictory messages and I was told off by their staff who did not want to take any responsibility for their mistake. I would advise customers to find an online pharmacy to remove stress of having to deal with such incompetence.

Just went to pick up my partners prescription, waiting 10+ minutes out in the rain then another 5-10 minutes in their indoor "waiting area" (basically outside the surgery toilets). Finally get to go in to be told they have to order in the medication. Pharmacy is just not big enough (They have enlarged the Conygre Road one, time to do it here). Also NEVER a sense of urgency from the staff and always have to make up the prescriptions while you wait. Gave 2 stars and I'm being generous with those.

Terrible!My elderly, housebound mother has her medication delivered.She had an emergency antibiotic prescription put in, a full week before Christmas, and it never arrived.So she has been left with an infection growing over the Christmas period.Tried to reachout and ring the pharmacy on multiple occasions. The number rings, then transfers you to a pharmacy in Longwell Green, no help at all.Next time it transferred to a mobile telephone answer machine, no call back.And lastly just rang out with no answer at all.Shocking and really worrying that they are leaving patients with no medication over the Christmas Period.

Trying to contact by phone is almost impossible. Keep being put through to lockleaze branch answering machine.Not good when you need answers and unable to get to chemist as house bound. Delivery can be erratic at times.

Horrible customer service due to hiring wrong type of frontline staff. I have stopped going there after being their customer for more than 10 years.They used to have good, friendly staff. They were efficient and wanting to help the local community. However, the last lots were rude and not care about people's needs. The blond hair young one, from Eastern Europe I think, was the worst. She never was happy to serve. If there were any issues, she did not want to deal with it.Last time I was there, I needed my repeated prescription urgently. They claimed that it was delivered but it wasn?t the case. They promised to look into it but they didn?t. They asked me to come back the next day but nothing was resolved. No apology whatsoever. The blond one made the matter worst. Instead of deescalating the situation, she made it clear that it wasn?t her problem, kept telling me to claim down, and accused me shouting which wasn?t the case. When I made a negative comment on her customer service skills, she said I was bring rude and she had a right not to served me. She walked off and served others instead.JHOOTS, you should have my long term business but lost it because of her. So say thank you to her.

Poor customer service. Do not rely on! Really shouldn?t give them even 1 star they are absolutely rude. Not compassionate. I had to pay private to get my adhd diagnosis as the doctor let me down for many years of my life. In the six months I?ve been collecting my prescription from Jhoots Stoke Gifford! they have twice got it wrong. Thus making me feel all out of sorts. Do you think it?s fair to play with people?s mental health? I lost my father last weekend and went to pick up my medication and they gave me the wrong medication again! So I broke down in the doctors and they sent me away with my prescription and said to go elsewhere. Wow. And if I went to commit suicide. Then I would be Classed as a number! Just watch yourselves people. Look out for yourself because the doctors won?t!

Pathetic service people don't answer the calls and cut the calls. Also no attention given to pregnant women where after showing repeat proscription they tell to come after 1 or two weeks. Horrible service

RUDE, and full of lies,,, clearly making too much money on people being dependent on their medications?.they lie about when they get the prescription from the doctors surgery and have no consideration that patient have ran out of medication that they are too lazy to supply?..attitude over the phone from them is absolutely vile?. There are much better pharmacies than this one?. Please give it a wide berth,.,

The staff try hard and are always friendly to us despite being very busy, but the system of the business is very poor and outdated.Easily they could send an automated email or better a text message to confirm a prescription has been requested, a repeat prescription confirmed by GP, and when any prescription is ready for collection.This small thing would be a massive reassurance to customers, but also make life for staff easier as people wouldn't repeatedly turn up to find out if medicine arrived or not.
